In a world where I feel I don't fit into any one party, and where no matter what I say, it will be attacked, I will shut up and enjoy the show.
Riding the waves of what media throws me, and washing ashore in the tide that rises and falls of political hotsuit, I suppose that taking everything in stride is the key to understanding the aftermath of media crossfire.
And until I grow into britches big enough to land me on a boat of the wiser that can navigate this stormy world of media and politics, I shall revel in the ruins of what our civilized debate brings down. I am American, dammit. I don't have to stand for anything.
Democratic party: Not quite.
Republican party: too stiff.
One Hour party: start timing.
oh yeah.

To get started, I want to get a few things straight.
This blog is designed to report the irregular, strange, odd, or general findings of media and politics as seen through the eyes of AnnaLouise, a nobody in the state of Washington. Even more meaningless, from inside the city of VANCOUVER, in the state of WA, which most of the time, save for spill over from Portland OR, seems about this far away from anything interesting, newsworthy, or important.
observe:
That said, this blog is also designed as a class experiment to see if I can draw any attention to my reportings or findings.
I may blog about my class, or about things I find interesting having to do with media, politics, junk politics, or bullshit.
mhmm.
ok.
